Few days ago, I participated in one of the most unique and delicious dinners I have ever experienced…
You’ve probably heard of immersive dinners or dinner shows, but the one I’m about to describe is truly unique!
It’s an innovative experience for a select number of guests, where style, theatrical performances, and multimedia projections harmoniously blend with culinary excellence to create an elegant, never vulgar, and far from ordinary, multisensory dinner.
It’s a journey that celebrates Italian excellence.

The Location: Jumeirah Al Naseem is an iconic beach hotel surrounded by lush gardens leading to the sea, with a breathtaking view of the Burj Al Arab. It’s one of the most elegant resorts in Dubai, characterized by design inspired by traditional Arab architecture.

Head chef of RockFish (Al Naseem - Dubai), who was recently awarded the World’s Best Mediterranean Cuisine Restaurant 2024 during the 5th Annual World Culinary Awards in Dubai.
For Brugnetti, cooking is a means to convey emotions while preserving history and culture. These qualities are reflected in the menu chosen for the Immersive Show Dinner.
Chef Brugnetti's story is intertwined with the flavors of the Mediterranean. Growing up along the Italian coast, he developed a deep appreciation for the bounty of the sea and the age-old traditions of Italian cuisine. His professional journey has taken him across continents, honing his skills and developing a distinctive style that perfectly blends classical techniques with a contemporary, avant-garde approach.
The Immersive Chef’s Table menu reflects this journey and is the culmination of Chef Brugnetti's passion and artistic skill.
It invites you to immerse yourself in his world, to experience the essence of the Mediterranean through his eyes, and to savor the symphony of flavors that emerges when culinary tradition meets technology in the kitchen.
The Show: Immersive Show Dinner.
You will be welcomed in the garden in front of the RockFish restaurant, surrounded by the greenery of Al Naseem, and then guided into a seemingly empty white room…
Soon, the magic begins; for an hour and a half, all your senses will be satisfied.
You will recognize the celebration of the best of Italy, which makes us so proud: the food, the arts, the historic centers of our art cities, music, fashion, cinema, theater…
The performers are refined, and the selection of images, music, and recited pieces is a heartfelt tribute to Italy and the ongoing need to be recognized and appreciated abroad, breaking free from clichés and stereotypes!
Dinner participants will experience unique scenarios, becoming co-protagonists of a “multimedia live concert,” a symphony of images, music, and flavors, where each dish and every detail will create an emotional bridge between dream and reality, revealing Italian excellence through the pleasure of taste.
Cost: Starting from 1000 AED (approximately 250 euros) per person.
